My Journey: My venture into the car wash industry traces back to my roots, where I spent my formative years working alongside my parents and siblings in our family automotive shop. I cultivated a profound appreciation for all things mechanical, coupled with an unwavering commitment to exceptional customer service. Over the past 14 years, I've navigated the dynamic landscape of the car wash industry. I love the problem-solving and creativity this industry requires.

With over 9 years of hands-on experience in the industry, Ben has seen it all—from troubleshooting complex systems to keeping equipment running at peak performance. His deep knowledge, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills make him an invaluable asset to our team. Whether it's routine upkeep or emergency repairs, Ben ensures everything runs smoothly behind the scenes so our customers always enjoy a clean, efficient wash every time. When he's off the clock, Ben enjoys spending time with his dog Bobi, relaxing with friends, and being with family. We're proud to have someone of his caliber as part of the Cactus family.
Hayden Godek
Hayden grew up in the car wash maintenance industry, learning the ropes from a young age and developing a passion for figuring out how things work. With three years of independent experience under his belt, he's quickly made a name for himself as a reliable, knowledgeable, and driven technician. His hands-on background gives him a unique edge when it comes to diagnosing issues and keeping systems running smoothly. Outside of work, Hayden enjoys karaoke, writing music, and spending quality time with his fiancee, friends, and family. His creativity, energy, and strong work ethic make him a valuable part of our team and a rising talent in the world of car wash maintenance.
